Terms & Conditions for Ala – Carte Live Station Menu
• Each food selection for minimum of 100 pax
• Live station must be accompanied by a buffet order
• Food is best consumed within 3 hours
• The setup fee for each live station is $200 (w/GST $216)
• Engaging of live station chef is necessary, chef at $250 (w/GST $270) for 3 hours
• Order must be placed and confirmed at least 5 working days before event date, last minute order will be subject to availability
• Full payment by PayNow (UEN: 201811028Z) upon arrival.
• Cancellation charges as below:
*50% of total order amount for any cancellation five (5) working days before event date.
*80% of total order amount for any cancellation three (3) working days before event date.
*100% of total order amount for any cancellation one (1) working days before event date.
• All prices quoted are net price
• Intercontinental Catering reserve the right to change any of the dish to another of equivalent value due to seasonality
